My AXA is the dedicated app for customers who have subscribed to one or more policies with AXA Italia.

Register in just 3 steps or log in with the same account as the AXA Customer Area.

With My AXA you can:

• Keep track of all your policies. If you have a savings policy, you can monitor the performance of your investments.
• Monitor deadlines: the app reminds you when to renew your driving license or perform vehicle inspections. To use this feature, you need to manually enter the relevant expiration dates by accessing the policy details page for your car or motorcycle.
• Request assistance at any time thanks to the new virtual assistant: help at the scene of the incident, real-time towing service dispatch and geolocation, assistance in filling out the Modulo Blu!
• Create an inventory of your belongings at home by attaching photos, receipts, and anything else you need to keep handy! You can use your inventory, for example, to file a claim, take out a new Home policy, or monitor the legal expiration date of your assets.
• File a claim for auto, home, or personal accidents and track their status.
• If you have filed an auto or motorcycle claim, you can book the nearest affiliated body shop.
• Contact your AXA agent or your Banking Agency. For other types of assistance, you will find the Contact section within the app with all the necessary numbers.
• Have a video call with a doctor if needed, if you have signed up for an AXA New Health Protection policy with assistance plus coverage or AXA MPS Wellness Formula.
• Download your policy documents.
• Change your password for accessing the AXA Customer Area.
